90 Day Fiance: Mike Eloshway Guilty Of More Than One Count Of Child P0rn Possession!
It’s been ten years since Mike and Aziza debuted on 90 Day Fiance. The couple had met on a website where users could teach eachother languages, and love bloomed. Soon, when the latter couldn’t get a work visa, she decided to marry her partner and come to the US. The couple eventually had a daughter. But last year, the whole fanbase w as shaken to the core after finding out about Mike Eloshway being guilty of more than one child p*rn charge.
Michael Eloshway’s trial took place in a District Court in Cleveland. That’s when the jury announced the guilty verdict. He has two child p*rngraphy charges under his name now, one of “Possession” and another of “Receipt and Distribution of Visual Depictions of Real Minors Engaged In Sexually Exp|icit Conduct.”
The court filing also stated that a “Pretrial/Probation” has been referred to the defendant. It must be done to prepare a “Presentence Investigation Report.” Moreover, the 90 Day Fiance star’s sentencing will take place on October 29, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. More details on Cleaveland.com say that he will face up to 15 – 20 years in prison.
90 Day Fiance: More Details About Mike’s Case Out!
Back in June 2023, Mike Eloshway’s indictment happened for 2 counts of charges concerning child p*rnography as mentioned above. However, the documentation had very little information about the case against the 90 Day Fiance star at first. Then, federal prosecutors finally shared details about their investigation of the case.
While tracking down the IP address, the investigators discovered that Mike Eloshway had possessed such heinous content from February 13, 2022, to March 8, 2023. During this time, the felon transmitted more than 60,000 files, 9,000 of which were severe. That’s not all; 4,000 files also contained sadism and masochism.
After the findings, the investigators finally issued a search warrant for Mike at his Twinsburg home in Ohio. They found a black HP desktop computer among one of the devices they had seized. He used “BitTorrent” to commit these crimes.
