Michael Ilesanmi ran away from Angela
Michael joined Angela in December 2023, after moving to the USA. He met her grandchildren who he “loves and misses so much”. He told ET Online, “Unfortunately, things went the other way.”
Explaining why he ran away from Angela’s home, he said, “For me to have left, it had gotten to the point where I couldn’t bear it anymore. Other people are saying there’s another woman and I planned it.”
“I don’t have any women here I’m talking to or dating. The only woman I had was Angie and that was it,” Michael added, addressing and denying rumors that a car came to collect him when he left.
Michael said he felt like an “unwanted guest” and was “treated like he’s just a nobody”. The final straw was that he felt he wasn’t being treated right by Angela, but kept it cool when they argued.
He also claimed Angela slept in her bedroom while he slept on the couch, adding that they have not been intimate since he moved to the US. “I can’t even be free in the house,” he revealed.
Michael claims Angela “always monitors him” and checks his phone. Angela previously claimed she found a group called Paradise Men on his phone that aims to help his fellow countrymen get into the US.
They fight every day, says Michael
Michael claims he and Angela fight “every day” but claims he allowed the arguments to happen because he loves her. In the past, she claimed he’s done things to make her not trust him, like when he cheated.
He said, “Even the cheating thing that happened in 2022, the friend I was flirting with, I only did all that to make myself happy. I never meant it.” Michael had been speaking to a woman on Instagram.
The 90 Day Fiance star said he blocked her immediately, but claims he “never expected” him to leave Angela once he reached the US. “If I was using her for the green card, I would’ve been gone,” he added.
