90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi sent a pointed warning to his critics who ridiculed him for showing off his new family. Michael is a Nigerian man who’s been married to Georgia resident Angela Deem since 2020. The couple met through social media in 2017 and documented the highs and lows of their relationship on several 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs since then. Angela suspected Michael was scamming her plenty of times and lashed out at him in loud arguments. She wanted him to be under her control, but he left her right after coming to the U.S.

Are Fans Losing Their Trust In Michael After Meeting His New Family?
Michael didn’t talk about what rude comments he was referring to. He presumably didn’t want to address them and add more fuel to the fire. However, Michael might have been talking about his Fourth of July celebrations. He came to the U.S. for Christmas, and by February 2024, he had already dumped Angela. The couple has not revealed what happened between them that caused him to leave her house and never come back, but that’s probably what he means by things that have taken place “behind the scenes.” Michael has since been living in Texas.
Angela has accused Michael of committing immigration fraud. She called on Homeland Security to get him deported. This is why, when Michael recently shared photos of himself celebrating the Fourth of July with his Nigerian friends in Texas as he ate and drank and watched fireworks, Angela couldn’t help but feel jealous and insulted. Her supporters may have rushed to Michael’s social media to accuse him of having used Angela and now celebrating his independence with his new family. Moreover, the latest Happily Ever After season 8 episode showed Michael finally visiting Angela’s house in Georgia and meeting her grandkids.
Michael met Angela’s grandchildren for the first time in almost a decade, and they welcomed their Papa Michael home with open arms. However, Michael didn’t spend a lot of time with them because he went missing. It’s not known if he even tried to get in touch with them after leaving. 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans may have seen Michael as someone who’s heartless. However, again, fans only know one side of the story so far. Michael has yet to break his silence
