In recent years, former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Nicole Nafziger has been sharing questionable Instagram posts to make a quick buck. She repeatedly posts black and white old pictures of herself and her ex-boyfriend from Morocco, Azan, with the caption “Rest in Peace,” but provides no context other than asking her fans to click the link in her bio.

To make things clear, neither Nicole nor anyone associated with her has passed away. All the “Rest In Peace” social media posts she’s been uploading are just Nicole following a clickbait strategy to make people worried and curious enough to click on her link. Nicole has a partnership with a reality TV news website called Celebuzz.com, and she earns a small commission each time someone clicks on the link in her bio. Since she is still using this tactic, it indicates that people are still falling for it.

This week, however, Nicole sparked outrage among 90 Day Fiancé fans when she clickbait with a post that suggested her daughter had passed away. She posted a black-and-white photo of herself with her daughter, with the caption “Pray for My Daughter May” and included a hashtag that said “#linkinbio”. This behavior did not go unnoticed, as fans love her daughter May and were upset by Nicole’s attempt to use her in this way.

After appearing on the fourth season of 90 Day Fiancé eight years ago, Nicole and her ex, Azan, popularity seemed to fade into obscurity by 2024, and they became irrelevant. With most show fans forgetting about her and new viewers unaware of her, she struggled to capitalize on her previous fame through platforms like Cameo and Only Fans. As a result, she resorted to sharing clickbaity posts on Instagram in an attempt to earn money from curious individuals who might click on her links.
