Little People Big World star Tori Roloff recently shared updates about her children, Josiah and Lilah Roloff, undergoing surgery. Now, the LPBW star has shared news of a horrific accident with Lilah not long after she had surgery. What happened? Keep reading to find out.
LPBW Star Shares Scary Incident With Lilah Roloff
On her Instagram Story, Tori Roloff shared a photo of Lilah making a silly smiling face. Over one eyebrow, there are butterfly stitches covering up a pretty gnarly gash. Over the image, the LPBW star wrote, “When it rains. It pours.”
In the next photo on her Story, she further explained what happened with Lilah. The second snapshot showed the poor baby girl sitting in a chair outside. A couple people around her seemed to be trying to console her and she had a lap full of snacks.
Lilah Roloff can be seen, visibly upset, eating a Sunchip. Over the photo, Tori shared, “Lilah had a little accident in the pool yesterday. I’m so glad she’s okay.”
The Little People Big World star continued, “She split her eye pretty good but luckily stitches weren’t needed but I think she’s going to have a solid scar.”
“So grateful for friends that helped keep me calm and got her chips which immediately calmed her down,” she wrote. “There was a lot of blood but they kept me calm to be able to manage it all.”
Lilah & Josiah Roloff Recently Went Under The Knife
Both Lilah and Josiah Roloff recently went under the knife to have their tonsils removed. While it used to be a routine procedure, now many children only have their tonsils removed due to sleep-related issues.
Although Tori made it clear that she did not want the kids’ surgeries filmed for LPBW, she had no problem posting updates on social media soon after they were out of the operating room.
Children and people with dwarfism oftentimes have to have their tonsils removed so they can breathe better while they slumber. Unfortunately for Lilah, her accident at the pool came fairly close to when she was at the hospital for her surgery.
Josiah Roloff, on the other hand, is continuing to recover from surgery. In the next photo on the LPBW star’s Story, Tori said that Josiah was “rocking the healing game.” She asked for her followers to continue to pray for a smooth recovery.
Although fans can’t comment directly on Tori’s Instagram Stories, it is likely that the LPBW star received tons of messages about her little ones with their well wishes.
