Documents reveal that Kody and Robyn have a 30-year mortgage and borrowed $1.68 million to afford the new house. They did it under White Stone Trust and posed as trustees under it. Kody and Robyn Brown have recently become the proud owners of a $2 million mansion. According to a Reddit post, the couple made the purchase on October 24, 2024. The home spans 7,784 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It features a spacious parking area with the ability to accommodate up to 7 cars and an RV in the front. The kitchen is also luxurious, complete 2 islands, two ovens, and two dishwashers.
Additionally, there is a 3-car garage, and the property is situated on 2.56 acres. The landscaped front entrance and fenced backyard enhance the home’s appeal. Among the other amenities are a “gorgeous paver patio, a tranquil pond with a large custom waterfall, and natural gas hook-ups for a grill and fire pit.” Another intriguing aspect of the mansion is that its smart upgrades can be controlled via a smartphone!
